Refund Eligibility

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until then.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Accounts that have been suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
- Usage that significantly exceeds normal usage patterns
